The bench, comprising Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud and Justices J B Pardiwala and Manoj Misra, will address these concerns. In response to a previous petition by the Tamil Nadu government on November 10, the Supreme Court sought the Centre's response, expressing serious concern over the alleged delay by the governor in granting assent to 12 legislations.</p> <p>Similarly, the Kerala government contends that Governor Arif Mohammed Khan is causing unwarranted delays in providing assent to bills passed by the state Assembly, impacting the rights of the people.</p> <h3><span style="color: #ba372a;"><strong>India-Australia 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue on Strategic Issues Today</strong></span></h3> <p>India and Australia are scheduled to hold the second 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue in the national capital on Monday. The dialogue, co-chaired by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, along with their Australian counterparts, Deputy Prime Minister &amp; Minister for Defence Richard Marles and Minister for Foreign Affairs Penny Wong, will encompass a wide range of strategic, defence, and security issues. The inaugural 2+2 ministerial dialogue occurred in New Delhi in September 2021.</p> <h3><span style="color: #ba372a;">President Droupadi Murmu To Commence 3-Day Tour of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh</span></h3> <p>President Droupadi Murmu will embark on a three-day tour of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh from November 20-22 to partake in various programs, as stated by the Rashtrapati Bhavan. In Odisha, President Murmu will attend the inaugural session of the 36th Annual Conference and Literary Festival of All India Santali Writers&rsquo; Association in Baripada on Monday. Additionally, she will inaugurate an Eklavya Model Residential School at Kuliana. On November 21, President Murmu will inaugurate a skill training centre at Pahadpur village and undertake several other significant activities, including flagging off new trains, inaugurating a postal division, and laying the foundation stone for the redevelopment of Badampahar railway station. President Murmu, born in a Santhali tribal family in Odisha, served as an honorary teacher at Sri Aurobindo Integral Education Centre, Rairangpur, from 1994 to 1997.</p>
