These petitions are linked to an ongoing money laundering investigation related to an alleged Delhi excise policy scam.</p> <p>A bench comprised of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and S.V.N. Bhati has acquiesced to the joint request made by Mr. Sisodia's legal representative, senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi, and Additional Solicitor General S.V. This decision comes in the aftermath of a distressing video that surfaced online, depicting the minor victim bleeding and partially unclothed, seeking help door-to-door.</p> <p>Despite some uncertainty surrounding the actions to be taken, SP Sachin Sharma has confirmed that no action will occur on Tuesday, with the demolition scheduled for Wednesday. According to police sources, no significant properties belonging to the accused have been identified thus far.</p> <p>On the morning of September 25, a 12-year-old girl from Satna fell victim to a rape perpetrated by an auto driver named Bharat Soni. The accused has since been apprehended. However, the police have not uncovered any information pertaining to substantial assets owned by Bharat Soni. It has also been revealed that Bharat's family resides in a modest roadside sheet hut in the Nanakheda area, emphasizing their impoverished circumstances. Furthermore, Bharat's father is an auto driver, while his brother runs a small shop.</p> <p>In response to the incident, demands for the demolition of the accused Bharat Soni's house have been voiced by some members of the community.</p>
