Pardiwala and Manoj Misra, will preside over the hearings. The petitions filed by NCP leader Jayant Patil and Shiv Sena leader Sunil Prabhu are listed for hearing on Monday. On October 17, the Supreme Court had given the Maharashtra Speaker, Rahul Narwekara, a final opportunity to provide a realistic schedule for deciding the pending defection petitions filed by rival factions within the Shiv Sena.
