Elango, IANS reported.</p> <p>The Principal Sessions Court in Chennai had, on September 20, denied his plea for bail, citing the gravity of the offence and the evidence against the minister. Senthil Balaji, who has been serving as a minister without portfolio in the M.K. Stalin cabinet for the past four months, now awaits the outcome of the upcoming hearing, which holds substantial implications for his legal situation.</p> <h3><span style="color: #ba372a;"><strong>Andhra Pradesh CID's PT Warrants against Chandrababu Naidu to be Heard in Court</strong></span></h3> <p>The Amaravati Inner Ring Road scam and AP FiberNet case have taken a legal turn as a court has scheduled the hearing for Andhra Pradesh CID's petition for prisoner transit (PT) warrants against TDP leader Chandrababu Naidu to October 11, PTI reported.</p> <p>The Inner Ring Road (IRR) scam revolves around alleged irregularities in the construction of an internal ring road in Amaravati city. The CID has asserted that changes in the road's alignment were made to provide undue favor to companies linked to TDP leaders, including Chandrababu Naidu.</p> <p>Meanwhile, the AP FiberNet scam, which unfolded during the TDP regime between 2014 and 2019, pertains to alleged irregularities in AP State FiberNet Ltd (APSFL), involving a sum of ₹321 crore.</p> <p>These cases have garnered significant attention due to their political implications and the ongoing legal proceedings are closely watched by political observers and the public.</p>
