Russian Envoy Apologises For 'Scandalous Tang' After His ‘Womaniser’ Remark On FM Lavrov

<p><strong>New Delhi:</strong> Russian ambassador to India Denis Alipov issued a clarification on Sunday after he called foreign minister Sergey Lavrov a "womaniser".
